Our goal for the Singapore 2020 Symposium on Microgrids was to continue our exchange of results from microgrid research, demonstration, and deployment worldwide with an emphasis on recent results and areas of potential international cooperation. As before, each region invited eminent speakers to present their work, and there were additional short summaries of each region’s research program. In addition to these prepared presentations, group discussions were engaged.
The format of the Singapore 2022 Symposium on Microgrids was similar to prior ones. Attendance was by invitation only, and attendees, including speakers, were responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. The organizers took the responsibility to host the main symposium without any registration fee.
The Symposium was held from Tuesday to Friday, 1-4 November 2022. There were two full days of presentations on 1 & 2 November 2022 at the PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, Singapore, which was also the official hotel and accommodation for the Symposium.
